Kaya Wine Barrel Aged - Finca la Unica Natural

For our first ever wine barrel aged coffee, we chose to collab with our friends at Kaya Vineyard & Winery in Dahlonega, GA! The result of the 4 week barrel aging process is a spirited, funky coffee perfect for sipping on your back porch. We featured a familiar natural processed Honduran coffee from Finca la Unica because it possessed some intensely fruity tones that we expected to pair well with the qualities of the wine barrel. The result has been pleasantly fun.

The barrel we chose from Kaya was used to keep their reserve Cabernet, Oola, a namesake for one of the owner's mother-in-law. We're all excited to share this with you!
